Cooking instructions: Oven cook: Preheat oven to 170C Fan 190C Electric, Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve, pierce film and place on baking tray in centre of oven for 35 minutes. Stir well and ensure the product is piping hot before serving. Microwave: remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwave plate. Cook on full power (850W) for 3 minutes, stir gently and re cover for 3 mins 30 seconds. Stir well and ensure food is piping hot before serving. Storage instructions: Please keep frozen.
