Wicks Manor

Not content with the rollercoaster of farming, Fergus Howie chose to develop Wicks Manor as a major pork producer in the region. He placed animal welfare as top priority, believing that stress-free pigs also produce meat of the absolute highest quality. Wheat and barley is grown on the farm is grown to feed the pigs so you know what’s in the meat. Try the bacon which is dry-cured by hand using a blend of beechwood to give it a delicious smokey flavour. ……..and the pork & apple burgers are fantastic!!! All fresh meats are collected daily and delivered in sealed packaging.
