Dickie makes the biggest booziest bangers in Britain. After many years of kitchen experimentation, he finally created sausages absolutely jammed full of flavour (and booze). Using only the finest ingredients, 9.5% booze and 84% Red Tractor Pork Shoulder from Open Barn reared pigs fed with crops grown on the farm, his bangers have been a finalist in the Great British Food Awards, Highly Commended at the UK Sausage Awards, won a Great Taste Award and been such a hit with the BBQ community, the Editor of UK BBQ Magazine even called them “Epic!”.
