The Lambert Family have owned Bradfields Farm for 100 years starting with 100 Ayreshires and now owning over 120 Holstein-Freisan milking cows.

There are 3 daughters and father Farmer Nick. We met both Clare who loves making yoghurts, creams, crème fraiche and cheeses and Sarah who runs the farm. All products are made on the farm and therefore no food miles involved. In February 2017 they opened the dairy as a new enterprise selling new cheese as well as our fresh milk and cream. Since that quiet opening, they have expanded the range of soft and hard cheeses as well as producing a range of yogurts. They also supply local farm shops, cafes and weekly London farmer’s markets.
